Give 'N Take, provides a platform for women entrepreneurs to offer their services at no charge or reduced rates to participants. This is done in exchange for professional services such as: referrals, web design, computer consulting,  public relations, interior design, jewelry making, marketing campaigns, and many more.

Give 'N Take was launched in October 2002 as a monthly networking event for women in NYC. Due to popularity of the events, Founder, Simone Kelly-Brown decided to take the concept online as a membership and expand her event locations to open up the exchanges to an even wider group of women. 

Ms. Kelly-Brown said, "I was never too crazy about networking, because of what I've encountered at many events. They were either too corporate or some attendees were there for mingling and not truly serious about taking their business to the next level. So, I thought starting my own event would allow me to create the opportunities that we all needed in a comfortable environment.

By developing a strong support system such as Give 'N Take-- I will help grow women businesses and empower many to turn their "side hustles" into their full-time careers!"

This direct approach to marketing and networking has proven to be successful, due to its increase in membership and business success stories. Give 'N Take, has opened many doors and continues to be an inspiration. Now, with chapters in New York, New Jersey, Miami, D.C., and Atlanta, Give 'N Take is looking forward to building alliances nationally!
